1. What We Don’t Collect

• Your chat messages or file contents
• Your photos or image metadata
• File names or sizes
• Any personally identifiable information from your uploads

2. What We May Collect

• Anonymous page view counts (no user tracking) via Umami — a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool
• Payment transaction data (processed securely by Lemon Squeezy)
• Your email address (only if you choose to receive an email backup of your evidence packet)
• Support email correspondence (if you contact us)

3. How It Works Technically

PartnerProof is a static web application. When you upload a file, it is read by JavaScript running in your browser. The parsing, statistics calculation, and PDF rendering all happen using your device’s processing power.

1. Upload — File is read by JavaScript in your browser, never sent to a server
2. Parse — Messages, timestamps, and media extracted using client-side parsers
3. Generate — PDF rendered as a local blob URL in browser memory
4. Download — File saved directly to your device from memory
5. Email backup (optional) — If you choose, the final PDF is sent to our server one time for email delivery. The PDF is never stored and is deleted immediately after sending.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card information. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment data, VAT, and sales tax globally. See Lemon Squeezy’s Privacy Policy.
